Terms and conditions

Standard UK Delivery.

Standard UK delivery is charged at £45 and takes around two weeks from the date of order and payment, depending on your location. Please note that some areas may incur an additional delivery charge, this will be confirmed at the point of order.

Our delivery service is a one man, ground floor, front door delivery only. We will not bring the order into the property and install it. It is the customers responsibility to ensure adequate access, including informing us of delivery instructions or problems with vehicular access (with a HGV) prior to placing the order. Our delivery drivers have the right to refuse delivery if they feel there is inadequate access for themselves or their vehicle to the property, and you may be charged for this attempted delivery.

We will call you prior to delivery to arrange the date and approx time. Please ensure that a responsible adult is at the property to accept and sign for the order. If delivery fails due to no one being at the property at the arranged time, then we reserve the right to charge you for a redelivery.

For Health & Hygiene reasons we can not take away old mattresses, beds or furniture.

Changing the delivery. If you wish to change the delivery date, time or address once it has been agreed then please give us no less than two business days notice, prior to the agreed delivery date. Failure to notify us of a change within two business days of a pre arranged delivery time/date may incur a charge of £25.

Made to Measure

Made to measure products are non returnable unless they are faulty or have not been made to the correct measurements. All measurements for made to measure products must be confirmed in writing/email before we can proceed with manufacture. All made to measure products must be paid for in full at the point of order.

Measuring for your order

As our products are made to order, we will require you the customer to provide accurate measurements to enable us to manufacture the item. We will make your order to your exact measurements and we can not under any circumstances be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the measurements you supply. All measurements will be confirmed in writing prior to manufacture, so please ensure you double check all measurements carefully. No refund or exchange can be issued for orders that do not fit due to the wrong measurements being supplied.

It is essential that you measure all doorways etc and ensure you have adequate access to install the product into the room in which you intend to use it. Items can not be returned if they are too big or too small for the area which you intend to use them, or there is insufficient access to the room.

Measurements are the customers responsibility.


All goods must be signed for at the time of delivery and responsibility for inspecting the goods rests solely with you. Any damage or defects must be reported to us immediately. Failure to notify us within 14 days will result in you being deemed to have accepted them. We will not process a refund for any damaged or faulty item until we have inspected the item and deemed that it is a manufacturing fault. Items that are damaged through misuse are not returnable and no refund can be issued.


All of our products are made to order, so unfortunately once an order has been sent to production it is unlikely that it can be stopped and no refund can be offered.
