Q. My new bed is an unusual size/shape and a standard mattress will not fit, what should I do?

A. We specialize in made to measure mattresses, whether it's for your every night bed, a guest bed or child's bed. We make pocket sprung mattresses and Interior sprung mattresses in any shape or size and in various comfort levels. Please view see our mattresses page for further details

Q. My mattress feels different on my new bed.

A. Look at what your mattress is sitting on, if it's wooden slats what is the gap between them? A large gap will not offer the support your mattress needs. Our range of bed bases are suitable for any type of bed. They offer your mattress the best possible support, whilst still letting it breathe.

Q. The corner posts/legs of my bed get in the way of my mattress, what is the solution?

A. A made to measure mattress and/or bed base with cut out corners is the answer. Please contact us for more details.

Q. The original box springs on my antique bed have broken, can I have them repaired?

A. This is a question we are asked on a regular basis and the answer is sadly, no they can not be repaired. The best option is to have a new sprung bed base made. These are available in several depths depending on the style of bed you have.
